I had a complaint. The manager stepped in and totally took care of me. They made me continue as a HAPPY customer. Just because there is a hiccup doesn't mean the situation can't be satisfactorily resolved. Thanks SteakOut. I will be back on this Sunday.
The lady at the register was kind. The grilled chicken sandwich is yummy. My baked potatoes cooked perfectly & fresh out of the oven. It is mostly a take out place so I can't really rate the atmosphere, The game at the counter made me smile and giggle.
